Job Responsibilities:
✅ Read & understand process documents provided by the customer
✅ Analyze and process insurance claims as per SOP
✅ Perform Coordination of Benefits (COB) calculations
✅ Navigate multiple client applications to capture necessary information
Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 Education:
- Only Bachelor’s in Arts (BA) Graduates (2023 & 2024 pass-outs)
- BE/B.Tech & Master’s degree holders are NOT eligible
- All semester marksheets & Provisional Certificate mandatory
💼 Experience: 0 – 1 year (Healthcare BPO preferred)
⌨️ Typing Speed: 25 WPM or completed typewriting lower preferred
🖥️ Computer Skills: Should have experience using Windows PC applications

📆 Monday-Friday (06:00 PM to 04:00 AM)
